Encryption in transit & at rest
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256. Field devices use OS-level encryption (Android Keystore).
Role-based access
Project-level RBAC with role-based dashboards. SSO (SAML / OIDC) is on the roadmap.
Data residency
Multi-region data residency available for enterprise deployments. Customer data does not leave the selected region.
Project-level isolation
Each project is isolated. Users only see data for the projects they have been granted access to.
Audit log
Every action — read, write, approval, export — is timestamped and attributed. The full audit log explorer is In dev.
Backups & recovery
Automated daily backups with point-in-time recovery. Backups are encrypted and stored in the same region as primary data.

We are honest about what is certified and what is in progress.

Enterprise customers can be deployed in a single-tenant environment. Contact us to discuss architecture, data residency, and onboarding.
Do you support SAML SSO? +
SAML 2.0 and OIDC SSO is on the roadmap for enterprise deployments.
How do you handle data deletion? +
Customers can request full data deletion at any time. Deletion is completed within 30 days and a certificate of destruction is issued.
