Ila Earth is the offline-first Infrastructure Survey & Asset Integrity Platform from R World Technologies. An Android field app, a cloud-native engineering dashboard, and an integrated reporting engine — purpose-built for cathodic protection, pipeline integrity, and infrastructure survey teams.

What Ila Earth does today

A field-native platform, not a web form with a mobile skin.

Ila Earth is designed around the realities of remote, low-connectivity field work and the rigor of regulator-grade reporting.

Offline-first Android

Available

SQLite-backed local store, KML / KMZ pipeline routes cached for offline use, and a sync queue that replays edits when connectivity returns.

GIS / KML / KMZ

Available

Import and visualize pipeline routes, test stations, and asset locations from KML / KMZ files. Native satellite map rendering with offline tiles.

CP Data Collection

Available

Structured CP data capture with offline-first storage. Test posts, rectifiers, and asset readings with native GPS.

High-accuracy GPS

Available

Direct capture of latitude, longitude, and elevation with external Bluetooth receiver support for sub-decimeter accuracy.

Engineering Reporting

Available

Excel alignment sheets and PDF deliverables from captured field data. Standard report templates included.

Cloud engineering dashboard

Postgres-backed backend with project-level access, real-time sync, and a web UI for engineering review and approval.

CIPS Surveys

Planned

Close Interval Potential Survey at 1–2 m resolution with NACE SP0169 validation. Will integrate with the existing offline-first capture engine.

DCVG Surveys

Planned

Direct Current Voltage Gradient surveys with %IR calculation and defect classification. Designed to pair with CIPS for comprehensive CP coverage.

ICCP Monitoring

In development

Track rectifier outputs, groundbed resistance, and system health over time. Will ship in a release later this year.

Soil Resistivity

Wenner 4-pin and Schlumberger array support with automatic depth-layer plotting. Currently in active development.
